About The Project

TNS Architects was commissioned to remodel an existing non-operational Ambulatory Surgery Center for licensure under new ownership.  The ASC consist of 2 OR’s, 5 Pre-Op bays, 4 PACU bays, 2 Treatment Rooms, on-site sterilization, and other required support spaces.  TNS also provided services as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager as Advisor.

Texas Cancer Specialists

About The Project

TNS Architects was commissioned to convert an existing LTAC Hospital to a 2 Linacc Vault Cancer Center, a 3 O.R. Ambulatory Surgery Center, and a 31 Exam Room Urology Clinic. To accommodate the Client’s program, demolition of the interior of the hospital, an approximately 5000 s.f. addition, and additional parking was required. Due to the urgency of the project, TNS and its Consultants completed plans and received city permit approvals in less than 4 months from schematic floor plan approval.

380 Villas

Project Summary

About The Project

380 Villas is a 260 unit Multi-family housing development on a 14-acre site in Mckinney, Texas.  Site amenities include a swimming pool, 1/2 basketball court, playground, and dog park.  The 260 units are housed in twelve residential buildings consisting of six 3-story apartment buildings and six townhome buildings.  Other amenities include a Business Center, Club Room, and Fitness Center.

Bayelsa Oncology and Surgery Center

Project Summary

About The Project

TNS Architects was selected as Architect & International Design Team Lead for the project. The facility will house a Radiation Therapy Department with two Linear Accelerator Vaults, Diagnostic Imaging, a Surgery Center, Medical Oncology, a Procedure Room, and other miscellaneous support spaces. This facility is part of a 25-acre Master Planned “Medical Village” also designed by TNS Architects.

Dutch Bros Coffee

Project Summary

About The Project

TNS Architects was commissioned by Dutch Bros Coffee to work on 35 new locations throughout Oklahoma and Texas. The client’s standard prototype was revised to accommodate and adhere to local jurisdiction guidelines and requirements as necessary. All necessary permitting and review documents were delivered in a timely fashion and exceeded client expectations. Coordinating with partnered consultants for revisions on time-sensitive matters was also critical in ensuring scheduled turnarounds.
